With the pokemon legends ROM can can get every single legendary pokemon in genation 1, 2, and 3 of pokemon, this includes Pokemon red, blue, yellow, silver, gold, crystal, ruby, emerald, and saphire.

All of the Legendary pokemon are level 99, no need to worry though, you get an unlimited supply of Master balls, they are free from the shop in the Poke HQ

In each town there is a brand new building, this building leads into the Poke HQ, in the Poke HQ there a one building for every town (except Ever Grande) These doors actually lead into the town.
 There are another set of doors, these are first, these lead into the Poke Zones, there are a certain number of different legendary Pokemon per Poke Zone, be sure to "Catch 'em All!" ah ah, who doesn't hate horrible puns and not funny jokes.
